We sell only via our official website in order to keep prices as low as possible.

When will you restock sold out items?
Follow us on Instagram & Facebook to ensure you don't miss out on our restocks! We aim to work as quickly as possible to ensure all products are available.
SHIPPING POLICY
What are your shipping options?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $59.99. After dispatch they orders will typically arrive within 2-8 business days. Express shipping also available at your expense.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email which contains your tracking number. We suggest checking your junk/spam mail as sometimes our emails can get lost. If you need any help or assistance email our team on bondipupsau@gmail.com.
What if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
If for whatever reason you have not received your order confirmation email, we suggest checking spam/junk. If you are unable to locate this, please email us on bondipupsau@gmail.com or reach out to us via instagram.
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us on bondipupsau@gmail.com immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to cancel it, however if the order is in transit and you would like to return it, you will have to pay the return cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we are happy to exchange items for different colours/sizes. Please note you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping. Exchanges will only be granted 14 days from the purchase date - not applicable to sale items. Please reach out to our team on bondipupsau@gmail.com or via instagram if you would like to proceed with an exchange/refund.
Am I able to receive a refund?
If you or your pup is unhappy with our product within 14 days from the purchase date, we are happy for you to return the product in its original condition (tags attached and in original packaging if applicable) for a full refund after we receive it. Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Please reach out to our team on bondipupsau@gmail.com or via instagram if you would like to proceed with an exchange/refund.
